Lincs League Hotshot Craig ‘Flash’ Gordon topped the scoring chart in the Sills and Betteridge Lincolnshire League last season, scoring 26 times while playing for Horncastle Town. It seemed fitting then that he should receive the award when the second string of his current club, Sleaford Town, were playing at The Wong, home of Horncastle. League Registrar Ian Hughes (second right) attended the match to present an Action Duchenne National Golden Boot Competition certificate to Gordon. Looking on are Sleaford Town manager Glen Maddison (left) and Horncastle boss Paul Johnson. The match finished 4-3 in Sleaford’s favour, with Gordon scoring one of their goals.e Results
