SLEAFORD ENTERTAINED A STRONG RUSTONS TEAM ON A PRETTY BLUSTERY DAY AND NEVER REALLY DOMINATED THE GAME. CHANCES WERE FEW AND FAR BETWEEN IN THE FIRST PERIOD WITH THE OPPOSING GOALKEEPER MAKING SOME SMART SAVES TO DENY THE FORWARD LINE AND KEEP THE SCORE 0-0. THE SECOND PERIOD CONTINUED IN MUCH THE SAME VEIN UNTIL TOWN WENT BEHIND TO A FAIRLY SLOPPY GOAL. THE HOME SIDE CHANGED FORMATION AND TRIED TO PUSH FORWARD BUT FAILED TO CREATE MUCH OF NOTE AND WERE CAUGHT NAPPING AS RUSTONS BROKE FORWARD TO SCORE A SECOND AND SEAL THE GAME.
